Dardanelle Employee Giving
The Our Family. Our Future. Employee Giving Campaign through the Conway Regional Health Foundation provides an opportunity for employees, volunteers, and physicians to support areas that impact the health system through annual giving. Your gift can be made through various channels, including payroll deduction, and designated to a fund of your choice.

This year, every gift to scholarships will be matched dollar for dollar through the CARE Initiative making your impact 2X! A $10 gift becomes $20, $25 becomes $50, and $100 becomes $200 in support for future healthcare professionals.
- What is the CARE Initiative?
CARE, Creating Access and Resources through Education, is a $1 million initiative focused on expanding scholarship support and removing financial barriers for students pursuing careers in healthcare. Our goal is to double the number of students we can support and strengthen the pipeline of future caregivers for our communities. - Do I have to give to scholarships? No. Employee giving is personal, and you can choose the area that is most meaningful to you. The scholarship match is simply a special opportunity this year to double the impact of gifts designated to scholarships.
- How does the scholarship match work? For every $1 you give to scholarships during the matching opportunity, an additional $1 will be contributed automatically doubling your gift. There is nothing extra you need to do.
