James Reed Named Site Administrator of Dardanelle Regional Medical Center
Dardanelle Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce that James Reed has been named Site Administrator following the planned retirement of President Alan Finley.
Reed will assume the Site Administrator role while continuing to serve as Chief Information Officer for Conway Regional Health System. He and Finley will work closely together throughout the remainder of 2026 to ensure a seamless leadership transition before Finley's retirement in January 2027.
With nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, Reed brings extensive leadership expertise to the position. As Chief Information Officer for Conway Regional Health System, he oversees information technology operations and has provided leadership for numerous clinical and operational departments across the organization. Reed earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2002 and his Master of Business Administration degree in 2011. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
“James has consistently demonstrated a commitment to our mission,” said Matt Troup, Chief Executive Officer. “His understanding of our health system, combined with his experience leading complex initiatives, positions him well to continue advancing healthcare services for the communities we serve.”
Since joining Conway Regional Health System in 2019, Dardanelle Regional Medical Center has continued to expand access to quality healthcare close to home. As Site Administrator, Reed will provide local operational leadership while strengthening collaboration between Dardanelle Regional and the broader Conway Regional Health System, helping ensure residents throughout the River Valley continue to receive exceptional care in their community
