Kaci Evans, BSN, RN, Surgical Services Manager at Dardanelle Regional Medical Center, was recently recognized with the DAISY Award for her compassion, responsiveness, and commitment to patient-centered care.

Kaci was nominated by a patient who needed to be scheduled quickly for a follow-up procedure. Kaci immediately took initiative to coordinate the appointment and kept the patient informed throughout the process. Her calm demeanor, clear communication, and reassurance helped make a stressful experience feel more manageable.

The nomination also highlighted Kaci’s ability to pair efficiency with genuine compassion. She took time to listen, answer questions, and ensure the patient felt valued and supported.
